fanZecho is developed by Thalvære. The current contact address for privacy and support requests is fanzecho@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account information such as username and email address when you create an account.
• Selected team, language, and in-app preference settings.
• IP or minimal request metadata used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and operational security.
• Zecho chat messages and safety logs where needed to investigate abuse or reliability issues.
• Only the minimal technical metadata used by the shipped build to keep the service working.

Why we use it

• To provide the fanZecho service and personalize your selected team experience.
• To authenticate accounts, enforce message limits, and manage subscriptions.
• To detect abuse, apply safety rules, and protect the platform.
• To diagnose bugs, monitor performance, and respond to support requests.

Infrastructure

• Google Gemini via the echo-engine proxy for AI responses.
• Supabase for authentication and database storage.
• Vercel for backend hosting and delivery.
• Upstash Redis for rate limiting and promo runtime controls.
• Resend for launch and support email delivery where used.
• Apple and Google platform services where necessary for billing and app delivery.

Retention and age policy

Account data is kept until account deletion. Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and support. fanZecho is intended for users aged 13 and older.
